Ok im playing in Tf2 and i have recently bought an unusual worth 90 keys and i loved it to death!
Anyways a guy that i have been friends with for over a month now and he says he has a Uncraft bounty-hat that is worth 90 keys!
At this moment i did not know that there are only 3 that exist so i belived him!
I asked for 90 keys pure or 105 in overpay and he says his whole backpack including the bounty hat and i at this time belived that it was an uncraft one!
I have blocked him before because he was annoying me a few days earlier.
He had a friend that helped with the scam and his name was `` EmptyGamer ``!
His friend said it was a uncraft that made me even belive it more that is was a uncraft
Twizzle said his friend was is ``Bff``
To top it all of his so called Bff was Norwegian! (im norwegian to so i trusted twizzle even more;-

Allow me please to explain this report a little more clearly, As this is Vega's 1st time and he isn't aware of how to do them properly.


This user filed a report on Outpost. The report itself was lacking the original trade agreement. However, in the course of looking over and trying to trasnlate the chats he provided, I could the accused to have a private BP and he was thus banned accordingly for that. In a nutshell, the trade was for the victims 90 key unusual TF2 Outpost / Item for the 90 key uncraftable bounty hat. TF2 Outpost / Item

As much as I wished to assist him with his Outpost report, and the lateness of the night that I was dealing with it, I had left the report open in the hopes that the victim could shed more evidence onto this report.

Come the next day (today) lo and behold, Twizzle added me. I always check for outstanding reports any time any one adds me, thus, the open report from Vega was still sitting on my desk.

I confronted Twizzle, who did admit that he scammed Vega (read the chats for the exact wording) but, he went on to explain that someone named Rapty had somehow scammed HIM. As the chats will indicate, he claims he 'thought' the bounty hat was uncraftable and thus worth 90 keys, so in his eyes, he did nothing wrong.

HOWEVER....... there was a SteamRep report pending, written 6 days ago, in the name of Twizzle, stating how he was scammed for this item. Thus, there is no way in the world he did not know the wrapped bounty hat was not the 90 key one, but was instead the normal common one that is worth 2 keys.

While I know the original trade agreement is missing, it sdhould be quite evident in the chats I had with Twizzle what went on. He was adamant that I had to somehow guarantee he got his unusual back that someone else scammed from him before he would entertain my request for a trade back. After dealing with him for an hour, I had had enough. I was not about to be blackmailed into helping this person as in my eyes, he clearly scammed the victim here. I do hope you find my comments here, the chats and the private notes on outpost to be sufficient to warrant a full tag on this individual.

The accused had added me some time ago (possibly because I am listed as community admin on SR page) to report said first scam. Since they had no evidence whatsoever I told them to come back once they can provide anything. Unfortunately I have not kept any screenshots of the chat we had but they were fully aware the bounty hat was not uncraftable.
