In order for your report to process I would need a couple of things to be done.
I would need uncropped screenshots of the chat.
I would need a uncropped screenshot of the profile on the accused.
I would need a description of what happened.

All screenshots have to be uploaded to Fortress of Gamers - File Hosting and posted below.

 

Unfortunately I don't have screenshots of the profile or of the chat

 

Here's a description what happened: I got a friend request from a person whom I played with in casual (Reach #FRL ) , after accepting him he told me that he wants me to give him my AWP Asiimov (FT) so he can make money from trading it, then he linked his csgolounge profile and gave couple guys' steam profile's so I can ask them if he's trustworthy. Everything seemed normal and as a new trader I didn't have much information about scams so I didn't pay much attention to details, after that he told me to add his 2nd account (Totti). We then agreed that he will get me a Butterfly knife Night WW in 2 hours, after the trade he told me it was a scam and blocked me on every account he had (the ones that recommended him were his alt accounts.

I don't have access to chats because I closed the ones I had with his alt accounts as I had no idea they were his. After I made the trade my PC crashed and I don't have access to them anymore.
