    Because I didn't think this thing can happen, I didn't make screenshots of chat sadly. However I have the TF2OP link for that guy's trade ('cause this is where I found him obv): TF2 Outpost / Trade

    Description:
    So I was looking for the game Skyrim on TF2OP, and I found this guy's trade. I can only recall that I actually added him and chat with him, using direct trade. So not just trade offer. So we did the trade, he got his keys I got my game, we're happy happy. (I deleted him right after the trade)
    However, today I logged in just to see I got a big red button on the top of my steam app saying "You have an alert from Steam Support", which upon clicking on it contained the message, see screenshot.
    Before I recieved the message, I actually installed the game and played it.

    That's all.

    I'm not staff, but see some issues with your report:
    - Post an uncropped screenshot of your inventory history.
    - You provided no evidence that you ever owned the game or that it got removed from your account.

    Here you can see that I actually have played the game. And here (Library) you can see that I don't have it anymore.

    @Sky@Sky , thank you for the report, however without a chat agreement we cant accept this report without the proper evidence to verify the information given. I would suggest that you make a steam support ticket requesting your items back. I have seen in some cases that steam support does grant the items back.
