Description:

I was selling Keys for PayPal on outpost TF2 Outpost / Trade , and this guy added me to buy keys, whole chat you can see on screenshots, so he accepted to go first, i noticed his bought games on steam, so i trusted him, he bought 100 keys, he went first and i got money on my paypal, 199$ for 100 keys, he sent payements like 99.50$ + 99.50$, and right after he sent me more money the same 99.50$ + 99.50$ and asked me to hive him keys, so i did that, as if i would give him money, he would report me. 8 hours ago, i noticed my money held by paypal, and all his 4 transactions were chargebacked as it was "unatuhorized transaction". And i lost my money. He scammed me and other guy http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198085400169/ as he sold his csgo knife for 270$ and scammer chargebacked him. 2 more people sold to this scammer keys too, but chargeback didn't appear yet to them. One guy sold him 500 keys, scammer tried to chargeback, but paypal confirmed that it was not unauthorized transaction, so he went ok.

finaly i had to do a reversal to this Matt Ford.

This guy uses multiple paypals to chargeback them all from a lot of people. Some of chargebacks were done to me, some were not to other people, because paypal verified them as it was not unauthorized transaction. Well i am as always unlucky.

He might be using stolen accounts or stolen credit cards.
