    Evidence:
    Steam Chat: http://files.f-o-g.eu/4a1974
    Trade: http://files.f-o-g.eu/9aeff7
    Paypal Chargeback http://files.f-o-g.eu/837e9b

    Description:
I was selling keys and buds for paypal funds on the bp.tf forums ([wts] Selling Keys $1.70 USD each - Team Fortress 2 Cash Trading - backpack.tf forums). On 28/02/15, the accused (using the name Theattax at the time) added me to buy keys/buds. We eventually agreed on my 85 keys and 5 buds for $240.00USD from the accused via paypal. The accused left a +rep on my bp.tf trust page after the trade http://backpack.tf/trust/76561198050055620

On 17/06/15 I received an email from paypal advising that the accused had filed an unauthorised transaction claim (http://files.f-o-g.eu/5946ac). I contacted the accused on steam, who claimed that this was an accident, that he had notified Paypal and the money will be returned (http://files.f-o-g.eu/7c436c, http://files.f-o-g.eu/07b429) Paypal found that no unauthorised transaction had occurred and returned the $240.00 to my Paypal account on 23/06/15.

I received another email from paypal on 10/07/15, stating the transaction had been reversed again, this time at request of the accused bank (http://files.f-o-g.eu/c4dc20). I again contacted him on steam. The accused ignored me the chat and blocked me a day later. He has since made his profile private to all, changed his steam name, custom url and profile pic.

Hello @Chewbs@Chewbs and thank you for the report.

    Got a few questions tho:
    - Did you get notes or anything to the transaction from accused (with steamID or something)?
    - Can you also upload screenshots of the original transaction and the transaction history (+/- 2 weeks from the original trade). We need to be able to "link" the steam account with the trade and transaction.
The screenshots shouldn't be edited in any way so if you don't want everyone to see them then feel free to add me and I'll help you hide them (like the "box" below).
