Broken Trade Agreement - Trying to keep this short:

Had a Harvest Moon Triboniophorus Tyrannus, estimated at a staggering 134 keys in bp.tf. Clean.
Made a trade on TF2outpost: TF2 Outpost / Trade

I recieved a trade offer from "Mika". Scorching flames Merryweather (clean) , ~~95 keys + 20 pure keys

I sent him a comment on his profile politely declining his offer by the fact that i don't consider it viable due to my criterias of overpay on the trade. (he removed the comment by now so i can't bring evidence of it,but this part dosen't really matter)
He then answered me (in my profile's comments) that he has 21 additionnal keys that will be tradable on the 20th of july. He claims he'll add that to the 20 keys he already offered on that date.

I then send him a friend request but he seems to have declined it:

He didn't block me, so i sent him a comment on his profile concerning the second part of this deal:

I ask Toughsox to possibly add him and discuss about that agreement, but apparently he refuses to cooperate and...Mika removes him. His screenshot of the conversation is coming.
