What happened?
Chat with me and said he would trade his Voidhammer, Diffuser, and Wyvern Edge for my Golden Atomic Ray Thrusters, which is released today and can only be gifted and not tradable untill Sep 1st.
I sent him Steam Trade Offer and he said he had accepted the offer but will only click on the CONFIRM of trade confirmation letter after receiving my gift of the thrusters.
But after I sent him the gift, he declined the trade offer, removed me from friend list of both Steam and QQ （a chatting software in China)

I have re-captured screenshots of the conversation between me and the scammer through QQ chatting soft. Please kindly have a check with the attached.

But as this guy had already removed me from friendlist of STEAM, I could not find a way to get the chat log from Steamcommunity webside anymore except the screenshot I uploaded above, which are the whole parts of the conversation using Steam. This guy seems to be attemptly chatting in QQ then suddenly switched the conversation to Steam then back to QQ. So maybe you need to combine chat logs of both QQ and Steam together for a whole conversation.

By the way, below is the info about QQ, hope it can help you to understand this chatting soft.

And I checked again on this SOB's profile and found that he changed his ID and set his inventory PUBLIC, so it is able for me to find MY item in his inventory.

first, let's see, Oh, he changed his name from "祈求不朽三" to "跪求金碎骨"
(with translation, it is "Begging for Immortal III" and now becoming "Kneel for Golden Basher of Mage Skulls")


and let's look into his inventory and we found my golden thrusters!! Just lying in the first page!! although he removed giver's name (which is mine), you can find that there is the only one item he received that day.
"This item can be Gift Wrapped after Jul 24, 2015 (23:44:35)" which mean this item was gifted and and unwrapped on July 10, 2015 (23:44:35), in American Time-zone, which is July 11, 2015 (14:44:35) in Chinese Time-zone!! This completly matched with my screenshot above on that day!! which I completed sending him gift in 14:44:30!!!
