Trading with marked/obvious scammers ​

Why do you think you should be unbanned?

I never did any real trade with him. All i ever did was teaming with him on gambling sites. Returning the items if i would win and vice versa. I also let him lend one of my unusuals (scorching stahlhelm). He still have my unusual since i do not trade with marked users and he got marked before i could get it back.
I did not know he was a scammer-alt i checked steamrep and figured he was clean. The reason i learned he might been a scammer alt was cause my friend told me. As fast as i learned that i might have messed up i contacted a admin, provided ss as proof as i never traded with him whilst he was banned on steamrep. He told me that providing the evidence i did should be enough. I did not know you needed to make sure that you do not trade with a obvious scammer-alts. I thought all i had to do was to check steamrep and i always do that.
All in all what i did was the following: Teaming and lending one of my items to a obvious scammer-alt while not knowing that he was a obvious scammer-alt. When my friend told me that he was a scammer-alt i did what i have been told you should do when you think you might accidently done something wrong, i contacted an admin. I explained to him what happened provided ss as proof that i did not trade with him while he was steamrepped. The admin actually told me something in style with "well he´s not a obvious scammer alt". ​

Hey @Chipero

After some extra investigation and some extra talks between our staff we have came to a conclusion regarding your appeal.

We've decided to accept your appeal and your tag will be downgraded to a caution.
You are allowed to appeal this caution tag again after approximate 6 months.
Of course this is only allowed if there are no further complications such as trading with scammers or there alts.

Due to you being banned from Outpost.tf I suggest you to use rep.tf as well for your checkups on the people you are trading with. This also gives a state of the user about his reputation across multiple (trading) platforms.

Please be extra careful in the future.
