Chappypanda, a good friend of mine, asked me to file this report on his behalf. I will have him register here to provide corroborative evidence. At 11:30am 6/5/2015 (Australia time), Chappy logged online to find all of his items missing out of his backpack, with all of them seemingly transferred to sdsd here:

Out of these, the unusuals that were hacked were:

This user that has 6 of his unusuals (mostly sold around 8am EST on 6/4/2015) is either the hacker's accomplice or at the very least, extremely negligent in buying multiple 100 key + unusuals for essentially 10-20 keys.

The very first thing ChappyPanda should do is contact Steam Support. They will be able to refund you your items if you were indeed phished, and they might also apply a restriction of sorts on the accused's account if they are indeed guilty.
