    Hello,

So I have posted an appeal on your forum a few months ago, back when the trade actually took place. I understand that it was a very major offence of trading rules and I am aware that my original appeal was denied. However I have had time to think about all thats happened and decided to post another appeal.

Just to quickly recap, I traded with Tor (http://steamcommunity.com/id/DDubstep/). A marked scammer on steamrep who I am sure you guys know. He approached me and wanted to discuss a trade. We ended up agreeing on a trade for his Scorching Flames Noh Mercy. I lost the old screenshot of the trade but its archived here on my old appeal. Please understand that this wasnt a concious attempt to make a load of profit. I paid equivalent of 90-95% of the bp.tf price at the time in csgo items (considered pure by many traders). I always dreamed of getting a super high tier hat, I guess you could call me a rich noob. But one thing let to another and I ended up making the biggest mistake of my trading career.

I got marked shortly after the trade and thats where the story of my old appeal ended pretty much. After getting marked I felt like I was forced into dealing with these scumbags if I ever wanted to make another trade again. But then something even dumber happened. I ended up getting scammed for the Noh Mercy by none other than Lategum. I dont want to go into details as its kind of embarrassing thinking back at it. Long story short, he and his friend Erikson (i think) played me and convinced me into doing a cash trade with fake screenshots. The dumbest decision Ive made however, is that I went first. Yep thats right... Maybe it was out of the state of sheer carelessness I found myself in. Maybe I unconciously gave up in my mind. He removed me immediately after the trade was done . I tried getting him banned via Steam Support as some sort of consolation I guess. He got banned and then unbanned a couple days later. I got super depressed and didnt feel like being a part of this community anymore. I am not one of these guys that enjoy making other peoples lives miserable, by ruining what those people like, and taking advantage of unsuspecting traders.

Therefore after 5 months of being banned, I am appealing once again and hoping for a second chance. I still love playing games and trading. Even after all thats happened, I would love to return to the trading community. Thanks for reading this far if you have.

    Kind regards, Lubos.

One time downgrade to a caution, anymore trades with scammers/obvious alts will result in you getting a full ban. @n0name@n0name
