Reason: The accused has made a multitude of trades with the scammer Penek, all on alts, and I have inventory history and chat evidence that proves it. With the sheer amount of trades involved, and the number of different accounts and chat histories, it is undeniable that Gig knew he was trading with Penek himself and not simply different people.

    Proof:

    Gig trades with account Old_Penek: http://files.f-o-g.eu/e5ga1c http://files.f-o-g.eu/f1abb3

Gig trades with account vip.boroda1996: http://files.f-o-g.eu/e7ge24

Gig trades with account Sweetstakes Bot #7 (I never got this account's steamrep block, I'll come back with it later) http://files.f-o-g.eu/6f2531

Gig conspires to trade with vip.boroda1996: http://files.f-o-g.eu/43dge0

All of the accounts here are alts of Penek, and even if they weren't, are all obvious scammer alts anyway. The fact that there was recognition in each chat, that Gig acted like he was talking to the same person in each chat, just goes to prove he knew he was talking to the same scammer behind a veil of accounts.

In this final picture, a chat that I had personally with him, he both admits to buying clean and dirty hats, acknowledges that he knows he will be marked, and makes a remark about going on to quicksell his items, further demonstrating his knowledge of the fact that he traded with scammers: http://files.f-o-g.eu/ga9f7e

Please ignore the mention of Frost, there was a brief time at which it was thought that Frost was using Gig as a scammer fence to avoid trading directly with scammers, but it appears that is not the case. Either way, more than two hats currently in Frost's backpack are straight from a scammer through Gig.

Thanks, sorry if I formatted this a little badly, I went off my memory of other reports and I didn't really look at the guidelines.

Just a heads up. I did contact this person and he did admit that these trades took place. He is now banned permanently on Outpost for his 2nd, 3rd and 4th trade with different scammers/scammer alts. TF2 Outpost / User / Gig Conversation with this person is available to any Admins/Mods if needed.

As this is being reviewed, I do have one question. Why do some people get Cautions, and others get Bans? Also, if it counts for anything, I believe I removed all of Penek's accounts, but I'm not 100% sure.

Normally, people get cautions when the severity of their trades just isn't enough to warrant a full ban, but it would be imprudent to allow that person to simply walk away clean.

Because some people are scammer fence scum and others are just idiots who didn't check rep on one trade. One is much worse than the other.

Nothing less than a full tag is suitable here, marked.
