Pretty sure he was brokering, and this is his first offense if d0 was even marked at the time.

 

D0 has brokered for many people and had to return tons of hats after he got marked. I will be letting the accused know of this thread aswell as d0 so they can say what happned.

 

Well considering the timestamps in the item history and the fact that d0 got tagged ~5days ago I would say that the only tag d0 had at the time was the Caution-tag.

 

but he had pending reports too.

Like mentioned above. The trades happened before d0 received his full tag.
Pending reports doesn't mean a single thing for us, so we will never tag people for it.

Also, this semi-fight between the 2 of you is getting annoying. Stop it.
