User is also accused of sharking, Of course that does not matter here but meh.

 

1. This user didn't shark anything, and even if he did it wouldn't matter.

2. The user has only traded twice, I think a permanent caution is the only thing worth it here

 

Never said he sharked anything, and even mentioned that it doesn't matter here.

Perfectly fine if he gets a perm caution, either way i'm happy. I'll leave it up to the mods to decide and not his best friend. Eh?

Why are you trying to hijack this report? He never included the sharking as a part of the primary report, just mentioned it. And I don't see why that's a problem, especially if it's based on some sort of evidence. The Trade Moderators will handle it, there's really no need to turn the thread into an argument about it, especially as, like you both said, it has no effect on the report.

Just let the Moderator handle it. They (both the Mod and the OP) know that sharking doesn't matter in this report, there's no need to turn it into an argument.
