Description:
Manxu1 used the Blue~'s Australium Force-a-Nature in his raffle without his permission, to potentionally scam people. He also apparently used him being scammed as an excuse of doing it. The raffle was removed afterwards. Blue~ is also an owner of a big raffle group. Considering the entry fee's, the raffle was probably a scam since he wouldn't be able to buy the Force-a-Nature after the raffle.

I tbh don't agree about the no entering raffles. I feel it's probably not a good idea in a small group under 1000 members.
If the group has some +Rep from friends of yours or on a page somewhere with quite a bit then yea it should be more than likely safe.

 

Then TF2Outpost shouldn't be allowed as well. xD
