hey man, im not going to lie. i appreciate what you are doing, but aren't you pushing it a bit too far?

i disagree with buying stolen/hijacked goods, but all I see was Hossam making a mistake on an item trade.

No he does not deserve a permanent caution OR a mark, if we went by SteamRep's rules, a caution will be made if there was a high tier cash trade, while it is frowned upon TF2Outpost, the worst Hossam should get is a Temporary Caution that can be downgraded in a few months.
