Still has the hat ( http://steamcommunity.com/id/HirasagiDesu/inventory/#440_2_3622199400 ), no idea what happened to the Rocket Launcher. Still friends with tor as well, wouldn't surprise me if this wasn't the only trade, he's banned on Outpost for having made his profile private.
