User has just been permanently banned for a 2nd offense but this is a godtier trade that was previously overlooked.

Additionally a mark should be applied based on the 2nd offense, alone.

 

whom did i scammed that i m being reported here? i just got informed by a frnd there is a report of me here.that is why i came to check.to clear things up
1st. i dont trade tf2 or play tf2 much
2nd. the tf2 unusuals i have i took as a payment for csgo knives long back.
3rd. i trade very small now a days due to business in real life work.
4th. the reason i m here reported is for a trade which was offered by that guy for my samurai eye circling heart.that demo unusal was hard to sell so i thought i can take the soilder stath and can atleast sell in in market to get 100 usd.
5th. the person i traded with didnt post any comment or make any trade, he might have seen my post of unusal sell and offered me that so i took it.
6th. in my past 3 years of trading carrier i have never scammed or stole anything from people.just few months back i got bit interested in tf2 so i took few payment and did some deals and trust me coming to tf2 trading scene is one of my biggest mistake now i can realize.

if admins have something to ask plz add me will love to clear things up.plz do make a comment in my profile b4 adding or i might ignore. thanks in advance.

the reason tf2outpost banned me coz i make that samurai heart trade with http://steamcommunity.com/id/TheRealestJohnny. who didnt have a shaddy account and had many rep in his profile and 2000+ hours in his tf2 gameplay

the report here done by the poster was my 1st offence which was also few foolishness of mine coz i didnt check much about the guy who was selling to me as i was quicksbuying.

hope admins will judge the situation and talk to me to clear things up b4 taking any further decision

this report was created for trading something which happened on nov 8 2014. i was quick buying some hats like many other trader. this bangbang guy added me and asked me if i can quickbuy his stuffs.i was new to tf2 trading and i did not know all these rules and checking history and stuffs coz in dota2 and csgo we just give and take then we go on our each way. he wanted to sell nohmercy peace and samurai circling heart. i said i dont have pure i can pay in knife which can easily be sold for 300-400 keys. a stattrack night minimum wear with factory new look.then he asked for some sweet i added. and the trade was done.he was talking nicely he said he love playing PA in dota2 and can i give him a set so i gave him my extra pa set. later that day some guy added me claiming the noh mercy was his and he demanded it back and he was very rude.and offcourse i didnt give it back as u can see i get it for free or 1-2 buds worth items SS of the trade

later that day tf2outpost and backpacktf2 banned me for some weeks cant recall for howlong for doing this trade.and after the ban was over i just stopped trading tf2 and just wanted to get rid of all the stuffs tf2 i have.because in last 3 year of my trading this tf2 trade gave some question to my reputation.

at the time of trade the person i traded with was not banned or marked in steamrep.u can check his history and see he was marked on steam rep on he was clean on 8 nov 2014

still i should have been more carefull about these kind of trade but that was only like 350-400 keys worth trade which i consider as medium type trade coz the big trade for me are worth 1000 keys plus worth items which i have done many time in my trading life.

reason of tf2outpost parma ban-

he was clean and still clean in steam rep and he offered me a a soilder stash and a bud for my samurai circling heart which i was trying my best to sell off for last 3-4 months.i was in game of counterstike at the time he offered me the trade. i saw stash can be sold in market for 100 usd and bud can be make pure so i took it as it will atlest clean off the tf2 items i have slowly.

later when i put that stash on outpost i saw previous owner has a red marked and i instantly added the person but he never accepted and blocked me. few days later toughbox the tf2op admin added me and start questioning and i told everything true wat happened but he kept on talking like auto reply ,and didnt listen or care about the whole thing that happened to me.and banned me.

both the cases were fully unintentional.i was just doing normal trade like i do in csgo and dota2 give and take.i am really regretting my decision of coming to tf2 trading.only if i knew this will coz prob in my reputation i would have stayed far far away.

my inventory worth and my trading rep is way important to me that i will do these kind of scam.i amd 28 year old and i belong to a reputed family in my country and hair owner of a shipping line and soon investing in car import and carshowroom. i do trades now a days just for fun. i have bought many items and keys with cash from the people in our community not a single one ever had a issue.if needed i can refer to some.

this is all i have to say about this report. if admins have more question plz ask or add me to be more clear.
