Accepted Report on Jaffa

Hey everyone, Starfish here.
Let's dive right into this report.

Earlier today I was playing Jailbreak, a server I am administrating.
Along with me were several regulars and some new people too.
Here's what happened;

Jaffa was warden and made us follow him around for a bit.
Eventually he made us hug and face a wall.
This led to us playing "Shoot or don't shoot", an infamous Jailbreak minigame.

A game in which all Reds face away from the warden. The warden then asks a random prisoner to shoot or don't shoot. The warden could be standing behind any prisoner, including the one he asked the question.

Jaffa set the limit for the prisoners to deny a shot to 3 times.
So the game played out as normal, random people dying from time to time.
When there were two people left ([INTMC] Jordi O. and Boltz) Jaffa asked Boltz what his choice was.
Boltz denied the shot to which he got killed. Even though he only had denied one shot before.
Meaning Jaffa freekilled, which can happen.
Instead of admitting this mistake, he flat-out told me I was incorrect.
He then gave the remaining person last request, ignoring what I kept saying over microphone; "You just freekilled him, read the chat please."
Other people saw this too and repeated this over microphone, some typed it in chat.
Jaffa ignored all of us and clearly didn't even bother reading the chat, which clearly shows Boltz denying 2 shots.
Boltz himself even confirmed this to me when I asked him about it.
What happens next made me make this report; Jaffa left.
Spamming a nice, saucy tableflip meme and leaves.

This is unacceptable behaviour from someone who is supposed to represent our server.
Someone who is supposed to listen to others and pay attention.
You were demoted once before, Jaffa.
This was because you didn't pay attention and relentlessly banned people.
I really hoped you had grown by this time as an admin, but you clearly haven't.
And don't give me the "it was a mistake" treatment.
A true admin grows a pair of balls and admits his mistakes.

And it's not just this, it's always like this.
And you keep disregarding anything everyone tells you.
Your chatlog still is as horrendous as it was too.
I'm sorry if I sound pissed, but I really am.

After checking in a few admins I've come to the conclusion that Jaffa's behaviour has hardly improved since my last warning.
His excessive emoticon spam and apparently actively evading other admins. I feel his behaviour has not improved enough for me to keep him employed as an admin. Jaffa's powers will be stripped from him and his title revoked with no chance of reapplication.
