PROOF

First the alt in question has used backpack.tf forums under the name of Nieroda 2. This can be seen here http://forums.backpack.tf/index.php?/user/14561-nieroda-2/

The current status (dated November 2014) on Nieroda 2 shows that he has been hiding spells on this account and confirms its an alt. This status is here Status Updates - backpack.tf forums or in case it's deleted a photograph here. Imgur

Today, nieroda (on his main) made a status about logging into an alt (which is unmarked because I checked his SR banned alts and neither matched up to fit this bill) and accidentally deleted 200+ spells by signing into tf2. This NOW DELETED status can be seen in this screenshot Imgur

The alt in question is the alt I listed above as he already previously confirmed it to be an alt used for storing spells. Additionally this should confirm debra's report here http://forums.f-o-g.eu/threads/5773-76561198006609597-aminals.html which suggests the 8--- account might be an alt.
