At least one high-value trade with a Marked SR Scammer.

The accused sold a Scorching Troublemaker's Tosslecap ( History - backpack.tf ) to the marked user (tor) on or after January 15, 2015. Tor was marked on December 1, 2014, putting this trade well-within the marking period. While there is no direct proof this trade occurred, the hat can be seen displayed on tor's profile as a level 12 version of the hat. http://files.f-o-g.eu/1ec8c2 According to backpack.tf there is only 1 level 12 version of the hat in existence. Furthermore, the backpack.tf and TF2OP history of this particular hat ( History - backpack.tf and TF2 Outpost / Item ) shows that it is not duped and cannot be found in any backpacks after it was traded from the accused to its next owner. Tor has a private backpack, so this would be correct. Following that logic, the only possibility is that the accused sold the hat to tor.

The accused is an experience trader with OP premium who conducts numerous high-value trades. Considering he is also banned from backpack.tf for price manipulation, fake rep and fake screenshots, and has a pending SR report for Paypal scamming, I'm requesting a full Mark on this user.

Excuse me ? i learned from my mistakes from trading with Earl and i got banned for doing so.

I haven't traded with Tor and there's no direct proof on your side , it's just logic.

It's true it's level 12 and 1 of 1 non duped.

But i have sold it on the market at 17th jan and he happens to be the buyer , i have sold it at 227 eur and i didn't make any deal with him , he collects scorchings.

I do NOT decide who buys my unusual when i put on SCM, i never made and never will be that stupid to make a deal with a marked user right after being warned.

If you think i made a deal with him to buy it for 227 eur off me , and that it sold in the same day , remember that a day is 24 hours and i have sold many keys at the same time as i needed SCM money.

Kinda illogical, you can't choose who buys your shit from SCM, so this can't really be a legitamate report, if Tor saw something he was intrested in he bought it, thats how shit works on SCM, you see what you like, you see if you have funds, you buy it, simple as that.
