Description:
A strange LV1 Steam account added me, and asked me if I was selling my USP-S Caiman skin. I was kind of confused, as the guy did not own CS:GO on this account; what use would he have for a CS:GO skin? Asked him about his main, he said this was his main (which is an obvious lie). I played along with it until he sent me the fake trade offer with "Steam Expert" funds, which is apparently some Russian site on which you can buy Steam funds behind Steam's policies. Either that, or the site is literally an excuse put down to stink people into believing fund trading via trade offers is possible. The site is down right now, though.



Summarized: An obvious alt account added me with the intent of scamming me with a trade offer scam.
