Literally all he did was tell the guy to add me.

As with inspirational taco's report, which was even more incriminating because taco had conspired to trade with a scammer, bomber did not even commit a trade with a scammer. At most, he condoned a trade with a scammer, and that is definitely a bad thing, but I don't believe that makes him dangerous to trade with, which is what a steamrep tag implies.

If he doesn't want to be tagged and there is no basis for him to be, why did you post here in the first place?

Like I said, he just told the guy to add me. I probably would have bought it anyway, just saved me commenting on his profile and askin for his price.

This would be brokering for a scammer... He added the guy and asked him for a price. http://puu.sh/grx2M/18305f63b0.png

If not it seems like he purposely set up another user to buy a hijacked hat. That alone doesn't strike me very well. I don't know. If I were the judging admin I probably wouldn't toss out this case, the accused is on my friends list... But doing what he did is messed up.

Declining this, mainly on the fact that someone owning up for an act by itself doesn't really count as evidence.
