    From what I can tell based on Steamrep's length of ban numbers none of the people Don traded with were banned when the trades occurred. His current outpost ban is for trading with a different user not mentioned in the history of the items shown.

    SRs policy is about trading with marked scammers or obvious scammer alts. OP doesn't openly look for trades, and only acts when they get reports from users.

    I understand this. What I am saying is that the items listed here were all traded before the users or their alts were marked on SR at least according to the numbers displayed by SR when compared to the Trade Dates displayed on backpack.tf

    For example: the trades with Ron Weasel occurred in January/February of 2014

    The trade with that!!! XD occurred before he was marked by OP for being the alt of a scammer. However, it is impossible to tell at this point whether he would have been considered an obvious alt back then.

    Declining this, like @Slocumruls@Slocumruls pointed out, none of the main accounts were marked at the time of the trades acccording to Bp.tf (even using them as rough estimates doesn't put them close enough to the dates at which they were tagged f)
