Gummy the 3rd offered to broker Farus' Scorching Flames Modest Pile of Scrap for him, as he was considering selling it. He accepted her offer and traded his unusual with her, her giving up a "King of Memes" profile background as a placeholder. The two of them came to an agreement and she would use the brokered unusual to buy a Sunbeams Bonk Boy for herself but only if she pays him back in a timely manner. She sold the Modest Pile of Scrap for presumably pure to ♪♫DJ KUSH♫♪, for 13 buds according to a TF2Outpost trade (linked below). Using this pure, she added 3 buds to the pure (adding up to 16 in total) for a clean Sunbeams Bonk Boy. After some time, Farus had requested she pay him back, and only after some pressure did she post a TF2Outpost trade selling her Sunbeams Bonk Boy.

Meanwhile, a mutual friend of mine and Farus - octavio - adds Jewlander, one of the few people we can viably get into contact with Gummy the 3rd through as she looks up to him. According to the conversation, Gummy had told Jewlander she had purchased Farus' unusual, and originally had the intention of selling her Vivid Plasma Killer Exclusive with the Sunbeams Bonk Boy to obtain a Green Energy KE. She claims she planned on cashing out instead.

Some time passes, and she ends up selling her Sunbeams Bonk Boy, for 240 keys - 20 buds at the time she sold it - in pure according to a conversation between herself and a friend of mine, who went by The Smiteful Assailant [MicS] at the time. Unfortunately, there is no screenshot evidence of this part of the conversation happening and only text logs. Shortly after selling the Sunbeams Bonk Boy, she contacts [F4G] Joe.lho to confront him with an offer on his Roboactive Killer Exclusive. She offers the 240 keys and her Vivid Plasma Killer Exclusive, where he takes the offer. After obtaining the Roboactive Killer Exclusive, she unfriended both myself (Mr. GHOSTS) and Farus - the person Gummy the 3rd was supposed to pay back.

After I had attempted to get in contact with her to confront her about removing me (being that we were pretty close friends and it seemed out of nowhere) and why she hasn't paid Farus back, I attempted to join the servers she was in on TF2. Each time I joined a server she was in, she immediately left without giving a response, but acknowledging I had joined the server. I gave up once she attempted rejoining the same server constantly, leaving when I joined, as she was obviously trying to play games.

After me, Farus, and octavio discussed it with Jewlander, we were able to partially get into contact with Gummy. We had agreed with her that unless she wants to be reported, she would pay back the keys (153 keys~ initially) before Thursday of this week. When this was inconvenient for her, we decided to give her until midnight of Saturday of the same week, additionally lowering the quantity of keys she would be paying back so she would be able to obtain them faster. On either Thursday or Friday, she had obtained a Searing Plasma Exquisite rack, for an undetermined price; the seller wanted 6 buds in pure, or 6.5+ in unusuals. She has seemingly made no effort to obtain the keys, even with the extra time allowed and number of keys owed lowered.

She has told Jewlander she does not care if she is marked, as she has obtained her endgame, admitting she has "made off with like 45 buds worth of shit and no ones done shit about it." Judging by this bit of the conversation, it appears she has no intention of stopping either.

-ScreenShot of the Agreement, between the accused and the victim- in full , taken from inside your Steam Client, without cropping anything;
-Screenshot of the inventory history:

Instructions:
1º-Open the Steam Browser by double clicking the steam icon in the tray in lower right corner of your screen.
2º-On top left, open menu "Steam" and select "Settings".
3º-On the new Settings dialog box, select "Interface" and enable the tick in front of "Display Steam URL address bar when available".
4º-Click "OK" to close the Steam Settings dialog, applying the setting.

Making the screenshot:
-In the Steam Browser, go to your Inventory, by clicking your Nickname in the top middle and selecting "Inventory"
-On top right, click the "More" button that is shown above the game labels for the various inventories you have, and select "View Inventory History".
-Seek the trade that relates to this on the number of pages you have (look below for the requirements).
-Go to the start menu and type in the seek box "snipping", you will find in Vista and later the "Snipping Tool", click it to start it. It directly wants to make a screenshot. Select the full window excluding the very top of the steam browser window where your LOGIN name is shown. But INCLUDE the Nickname, the steam URL bar fully, both sides and full bottom of the steam browser.
-Click the "Diskette" icon, or click "File" and then "Save As...", and save it to your desktop.
-Come back here and make a reply.
-Drag the image into the reply on the forum from the desktop.
Requirements of the screenshot(s):
-Exclude the Login name and steam wallet amount that is on the very top right.
-MUST show the Steam URL in top left.
-MUST show the NICKNAME in top middle.
-MUST show the Steam window fully from left side to the right side of the window.
-MUST show the related trade from the day before to up to at least 2 days after the trade or current date if that is earlier.

What Mr. GHOSTS says here is true. I didn't think I was going to be scammed, as I used to be good friends with Gummy and trusted her completely. However, I did not get any screenshots of our agreement, and doing so now would not be possible as she has removed and blocked me. I did, however, get a screenshot of my trade history with her, as seen here: http://files.f-o-g.eu/9f69be

 

Archiving this, we need chat logs of the actual agreement before the trade went through, because you don't have those, I'll close this.
