As Triforce has bought up a good statment I am proceeding to follow it.

Jaffa and some others have recently/not so recently made threads about what others think about them.

Triforce made a good point about every admin should have one so we can see how to improve or how we are doing well.

Therefore you may spam your hate messages to me in this thread about how I suck and how to improve.
Or how much you love me,

I think you're a great, positive and honest admin, you do your job very well (from my P.O.V), and you should
keep on doing your job. We might have been in a few conflicts, but that has nothing to do with the servers.

Honestly though, you are a decent guy and nice to talk with.
One thing bothering me is the amount of hate you've been getting, I know that most of the recent events were bollocks and nonsense but I'm curious why you shine from the rest.(No offense)
Maybe it's just bad luck but I'm waiting for your next move until then.
I also learned what tea to drink when I get invited by a scottish golfer.

I do think that your judgements are often misunderstood by some of the players, hence the ''complaint'' threads that have been surrounding you.
You can be somewhat bold from time to time, which you probably already knew yourself.
However, when you get to know Scrubtan you'll find out he ain't all that bad. (Even though he can be a badass.)

Yeah, I know the hate against me and the reports recently have been an issue, but some of them I would do again. Purely because it is what was needed as well, some I may have done differently, however, there is no point in asking if questions and the point is to move forward and learn, hence why I made this after seeing triforce's post.

 

You don't deserve the rough treatment you're getting.

 

However, if I am getting rough treatment, then I have upset some people. All I am wanting is to try find out how I can maybe improve to not upset people further along the line. You can only move forward and achieve more if you realize your faults and others also tell you them.

I'm all for freedom of speech and shit but please stop. It's almost embarassing to watch, and if they were made TRULY just to get an opinion on "how to improve" which, I doubt, I can't see how these threads will make anyone improve at all. If anything they'll bring up more spite between yourselves as a result from people talking crap publically about you. You won't improve by getting yelled at nor getting your ego stroked by people trying to sound nice. Sorry.

Hmm, Well I understand, I did make this to see how I could improve after Tri mentioned the idea, I have had so many shitstorms with me involved so I am wondering how to improve.
One must reflect on ones self sooner or later and I feel input will improve me. I can take any negative things I assure you, I just want to know where I could maybe improve. I will respect your comment though and if you feel like this is in vain so be it, I just need to know what people think I need to improve on.
