He has additionally traded with a user who has laundered items at least twice for scammers. Thus resulting in a PERMANENT OUTPOST BAN FOR TRADING WITH SCAMMERS.

Alright enough of the games . People try to take me down for no reason . so here we go , once and for all .

4Chan User trade was before he got marked on OP . he was totaly clean when i bought the muffs of him . Iam sure the admins here can check it .

Touka Trade , is totaly fine . Touka isnt marked on OP for scamming , and the SR Report , the guy provided skype proofs ? seriously ? i can open account on skype and so my friend can , we can talk together about a nice paypal sell , and do the same thing ? where exactly is the proof here ? besides , Touka provided screenshots of him sending the full amount of paypal cash to the guy he traded . I cant see this SR Report being accepted . I've TOTALY CHECKED EVERYTHING before i traded Touka . Trust me , everyone i know told me to check reputation before i trade . Iam not trading a guy until i know that he is clean . besides his Backpack ban , wich is not for scamming , hes totaly clean . Fair enough ?

 

Alright where are the admins to take care of this thread ? cause iam done . i've provided enough proof and information to leave me alone . i've traded the people when they were CLEAN . simple as that . steamrep report on Touka is too much weak to make him banned . Its just too obvious , any idiot can understand that . I took the risk to trade him even though he has pending report yes - > but i reviewed the report 1353151 times before i traded him , therefor it has no solid proofs to make him banned . end of story . skype chat isnt proof at all . anyone can do that

 

Also Legally Blind's Profile - backpack.tf yes he is a scammer. He has manipulated price voting in order to fraudulently change the prices so he can sell his hats for more. He also is a fake repper on top of being a pending scammer. Stop talking and let the admins to their work before I report you for harassment.

 

Locking this because it's become an argument between you two, if you have any more to add to this report please contact me through private messages and/or steam.

Final post on this matter:
If I am looking at the evidence correctly, then the accused is not applicable for a ban, mainly due to the fact that OP have already warned him about trading with a scammer in the past (if I read that all correctly ofc) and Touka himself is not banned, and the rules about trading with users that have pending reports is more aimed towards admins then anything else, Rejecting this, but if you feel that I've missed something please contact @n0name or @Downie and ask them to review this report again.
