Invalid Spartan Abusing Powers - Biased - Banning for minor causes

Now if you look around the Admin report section, What name comes up most of all? Spartan. "Spartan Abusing" "Spartan Banning Without Reason" etc. And I am here to add to this list, And as Spartan himself wants me to report him I see no reason why I should hold back and not speak out against this abusing just because he is an admin. Multiple people on the Jailbreak server have seen him Spawning in weapons, Resizing himself all to his advantage, And with this comes server delaying.
He will without a doubt try the defend himself with utter rubbish, And what baffles me is what kind of magic this child must've pulled to actually become an admin As he is still the same abuser that he was when I first encountered this creature a year ago.

Firstly lets talk about his Weapon spawning. He spawns in weapons, Especially on the Red side, just to "Test" them. Even when a Game is in progress, Then he insists on killing him self (Sometimes when he doesn't actually use them (Which he does frequently)) then spawns himself back in. So we have to wait a couple of minutes for him to run all the way to the game and complete it when everyone else has already finished it.

Now, Lets talk about my bans which got me to write this report. He said "All Blu's must be willing to be warden" To which I reply "I am willing but I aren't sure I'll be a good one" To which I get a 2 hour alive ban from Blu's side when the only other person actually willing to be a Guard (who has been afk for 3 rounds) doesn't get any bans, only swapped to the other team.
So how was it I have been the only one with a ban? is it because I earlier confronted Spartan about his Weapon spawning?
Without even swearing or insulting Spartan, He gives me a 24 hour alive ban.
Multiple people on the server have also confronted Spartan about his weapon spawning and it seems most of the people on the report section also have the same problem; Spartan being an abusive admin who doesn't even know the rules.

Let's start from the top.

You insulted Spartan, by calling him a bigot which was completely unneccesary.
You recieved a guardban because you didn't go warden when Spartan asked you to do. You also recieved a 24 hour gag, which was 100% deserved.
If you were willing to go warden, you should've go warden imediately, but you decided not to. Your own fault.
You can't just say those things without valid proof/screenshots.
You weren't the only one who got guardbanned, every single remaining Blu got guardbanned so don't lie.

I know, but i'm just saying what happened.

 

1) Re sizing? I clicked my achievement idle bind and I re-sized back straight away, sever logs will prove this.

2) I did spawn weapons in to just see if they were right AND then killed myself, however I did use the golden pan for a round or two just as a funny thing. This only happened for around 5-6mins in total, and I did not spawn myself guns or anything to give my an advantage on red team because if I did, it was exploded straight away to get rid of the gun? I never used it to interfere with the current round and I did not delay. Yes it is funny if you kill someone with a golden pan that you spawned in for two rounds but is that really abuse? It is just a pan that is gold?

3) I warned the blues 3 times that they must go warden and do an active round, they had given the reds freedays 3 times in a row because it got locked. At the end of the 3 rounds I teambanned everyone on blue as they refused to listen. If they weren't banned that is because they left/changed team before I started to ban.

Sky was there for the 1st two points and confirm this.

This guy started insulting me because I apparently was abusing during a round by spawning in a pan and then exploding myself to test it for the next round, he refused to listen to why it was not abuse as I was not using it to my advantage spawning in god weapons or anything and refused to step down and continued to insult me.

 

Weapons like the golden pan just do the same damage as the normal pan and he usually just resizes for things like hatdays etc so personally i disagree with the whole "spartan is an abuser" idea that has been lurking around for months, usually when people are banned on jailbreak they start spamming nonsense about "i didnt freekill" "i didnt bait" and then when they are not unbanned they try to report an admin for abusing which i think is really wrong and needs to be addressed because it causes things like this to happen ;_;

I was there too and I can confirm that this happened.

 

However. Nothing but your first point was somewhat correct. You only warned the people willing to be Blu once. And you spawned in Spy weapons as Red. How is this seeing it was right? And once when you didn't actually use them you killed yourself and re spawned when in the middle of the game every one else who was red had almost finished, Yet you had to go start from the beginning. Delaying.
And to add to this, There was only 2 Blu's actually in the game, Tell me what would happen if there was no Blu's at all? Reds would be stuck in their cells .

And no Taco I didn't go warden because I was expecting a reply. And It was fully right to call Spartan a bigot as it means someone who takes a disliking to someone with another opinion, Such as Spartan is a bad admin, Which got me my 24 hour ban and a Ban from Blu whereas the AFK Blu only got team swapped
