Rejected Ban Appeal/ Report on Spartan

Hello,
First of all, sorry if I might missed the section, because the following content is being me banned, and then Spartan denying me to unban him even if it's not innocent, and he banned me for wrong reason.
It happened around 7 GMT+1 PM on Jailbreak server.
I was being issued lr when there were only 25-35 seconds left, so I went to rush. I've choosen "Freeday for others" opnion, and choosed me quickly and some 2 random guys. Being in rush, I didn't care what has been shown graphically, so I didn't take a look, just spammed random buttons. I then suicided, since lr menu has been looping, and next thing I just see myself a classic ban announcments, and then took a look at sourcebans. 1 day, a bit too much for "lr" abuse. I've digged out Spartan's steam, chatted with him, explained him situtation but he refused to unban me.

As an old Jailbreak admins and common. The freeday glitch is a well-known bug. He could've just slain and revived the freedays that wasnt supposed to be given freeday.

The glitch is worse now, it breaks it for the next round so no lr can be given or next two rounds depending.
The rules says to ban.
We do not handle temp bans.
He cant just spam every number in between the round by accident, you do not just go suicide "5 4 8 3" @Downy @n0name request closure.

 

This isnt a ban appeal, its an admin report.

 

My bad, "Ban Appeal/ " was all I saw.

I do not see what was wrong, you broke a rule that broke the server plugin for the next two rounds and I cannot see how you went "you someone else" "suicide" and then happen to "number 3, number 4" and then further "8" "3".

 

/removelr and it is fixed.

 

If I was to suicide only 2 seconds late, we would lose another round, and map would be changed, lr wouldn't be granted. Another round and issuing lr was my main goal, I just didn't care what I pressed, what I explained already

/denylr works perfectly. /removelr was for warden right?

/denylr works.
HOWEVER.
The next /givelr does not,
Sometimes they can only pick a client.
Others it wont let them pick anything.
All depending on how much the lr glitch was abused.

 

I don't know if this makes me look bad and I am always neutral so it isn't a favouritism thing but I think he just gave the ban so he didn't have to do the slaying etc but idk I remember me accidentally doing the glitch twice, once was accidental and the second was when my frames froze and I was randomly pressing keys

 

I did not give the ban because I cannot be bothered to slay, I fixed the issue with the lr... The CONSEQUENCE of the lr is that it breaks the !givelr function for x amounts of rounds. That is why I issued a ban, it is against our rules and it ruins JB for the next few rounds. WHICH is more recent than any ban I have given you on JB or other for this reason.

 

Admins are allowed to deal with rulebreakers as they see fit, the guidelines are guidelines.
While this may have been a bit harsh it's still not abuse.
