This is a "re-upload" becuase of lack of a reason to mark me. I would really like to engage in discussion ​

Why do you think you should be unbanned?

I do not own any alts. The trade did in no way involve OutPost, since I can't and haven't used it in over 1 month. ​

 

Hello Steamrep, FIRST TIME USER OF THE SITE. I was apperently banned or whatever on this site, which is fine since I don't use it. But I was also marked as a scammer or backpack.tf, which is something I use. Being marked as a scammer for trading with a "marked" user is a harsh way to put it. I aknowledge that I traded with Parsec who is "marked", but for me to be "marked" on an alternate site(backpack.tf) is stupid. I have never ever used this site before. I was not registerd nor did I agree, or know of any of the rules of this site. You can not punsih me for something I didn't agree too, and I discussed this for a while with the person from FoG. He continuesly stated that I should have known of them, but you can't assume that.
I have never ever broken any of the rules on backpack.tf and therefore should not be marked on that site.
Another thing I noticed while reading my ban was that there was a admin claiming I had alts..... He said this "Banned, found some alts too." I would like to see some proof of that. One of the supposed "alts" is my best friend steam account, and the rest I've never heard of. And atleast don't mark my friend when he is clearly oblivious to this.

I would like to engage in discussion over my ban.

Well the alts were marked because they had direct links to your account, i.e. through the same IP address.

Also, Backpack.tf has chosen to enforce the bans that SteamRep and their partner communities issues, also you say you read the TF2OP rules (in a PM to another admin) and they state in the rules that trading with scammers is not allowed.

Finally, our ban follows SteamRep policy, and because of that Backpack.tf and TF2OP along with many other servers have felt that it is right to enforce our ban as well.

That last comment was the admins response, which is redundant. Can't use the argument of me agreeing to the rules of OP since it was irrelevant to the trade. And I say again you can't enforce the rules upon me whithout me agreeing to them nor know of them nor using the site where they are relevant.

PLEASE LET ME DISCUSS WITH AN ADMIN. This is far more complicated than what a simple reply and close can resolve.
