This is a report, mostly because steamrep has been REALLY slow at marking this guy. He should have been marked 1+ years ago.

He is an obvious alt account of the main account listed.

TF2 Outpost / User / w. Outpost has banned him for being an alt.

He's also transferred his godtier items over to this account, including burning TC, burning bicorne, etc.

He's an obvious alt and even uses the same "Winstone" name that his main account use to use and Currently HAS THE SAME AVATAR.
