Why do you think you should be unbanned?

So yesterday I was playing JB, and as you see I was swearing. Now most of them where to my friends in the sace of humour, and there was a "squeeker" constantly yelling in to my ears so I snapped a bit and got a little pissy, The retardes phrases where to Bacon Drink as we where messing around and he killed me, now the other blus just saw him rebelling and walked away from the rebellers, in which case I said retarded retard as he saw and didnt care that the rebellers killing me. I don't really use "retard" or "fuck" as curse words. in Norwegian Culture (or where I'm from) They're commun words used in daily phrases, and i've carried that over to English.

A little after this I got gaged by skrillmau, I guess that since he punished me back then, a ban would be unfair now.
I know i loose my cool (easily) but its really hard for me to controll. I'm sorry for my behavier and such, but i don't wanna have to loose my favourite servers, I'm ashamed of what i've done and i want to have another chance.

in my opinion thats worth a ban, and as a regular I'd expect you to know better so I don't see a reason why you'd get a warning for saying that to a player.
Also this is your third ban so that means its a perma ban.

We gave you advice on how to improve your behavior, but instead you ignored it.

EDIT: So, the words "retard" and "fuck" are Norwegian culture which means that
they're using it daily? I mean, this a Videogame. Not a country.

EDIT II: Well, it's not possible for you to have another chance since
you've had 2 other chances. If we give you another chance we'll have to give everybody else
who got banned three times a chance.

I have ADHD aswell, do you see me using it as an excuse? As Skrill said, you cant blame ADHD for you being a complete idiot.

I myself have anger issues, just do your best to be happy.

This is your third ban though, which means you had more than enough chances to keep cool.

 

The key question in all of this is control.

I don't spend much time with hunter but presumably he's having a difficult time staying off swearing and whatnot from the looks of his chatlog and his ban history.

You need to ask yourself; is hunter capable of controlling his foul tongue?

 

Slow down a bit, even If I dislike what he said (the case doesnt matter, nor if it was meaning as messing arround or not)
He got 3 bans, so it's a Permban, he has the right to do that ban appeal, take another perspective or like downie said, different angles.

I am staying neutral to this (yea, I dont even have a vote ik), due the fact that you, Hunter, should be aware about our rules.


EDIT: I just wanna point something out here, look at the times between his last ban and this one, he may had two final chances but it doesnt look like he regulary doing that, for me.

 

You should be aware of the rules. If you keep constantly breaking them after several warnings/kick/gags/mutes/whatever you deserve to be banned.
I'm norwegian too, we don't use those phrases here as common every-day insults.

I've never liked our policy, where we usually forgive rulebreakers way too easily.

Rules are there for a reason. Break them, and you will get punished. If you can not follow these rules, then you should not be allowed to play on our servers.

 

Your excuses are pitiful to say the least.

It doesn't matter where you come from, if you had a bad day or even if you have anger issues (which I find to be a dumb excuse for anything).
What matters is that you broke the rules for the third time now.
Also, you can't not have control over your emotions when it comes to something as dumb as video games.

We've looked at your appeal and we've decided to accept your appeal.
We've looked at multiple factors and one of them was that you already got a punishment at the time being at the server nor did we qualify retard as a ban needed word in this case, it could have easily been handled with a gag.
