rectification; People think you use aimbot cause : 1- your aiming is really shitty when they are vips/admins on spectator, and perfect when nobody is on spect. 2- ex : for 1-2 min you get a bad aiming, then for 5-10min you get a perfect aiming, etc. Can you explain it ?

Level seven on Steam, three years on Steam, no VAC bans, 1048 hours on TF2. I think it was just a mistake. Also, for CHRIST'S SAKE, let the administrators and the accused handle this. voting on an unban is completely unecessary. Seriously? Take some time to look at the evidence before you say anything.
Well, I think it is time to explain all this. For me it all started already yesterday, as I saw him playing on 2fort. He got very fast many kills and such, at this point we can all say "maybe he is just good" After a while, I decided to spectate him, due the fact he was kinda suspicious for me. Well - What I've seen then wasn't really special, expection were a few shots, "done" pretty solid. So I decided to let him be. Then today, someone reported him and I claimed the report, spectated him and again, I found nothing. But I still had the feeling that he is suspicious. Then after a few hours, I originally joined 2fort to solve another problem and played there for a while and got messaged from Hao and Ham, telling me that they think that maxel is aimbotting. I know, its not an argument, but I just want to point out: Hao and Ham are one of our 2fort regulars, sniping all the day long. This time, my first reaction wasn't to go on spectator mode, I looked at the top right, seeing Maxel getting a lot of kills, a lot. As far I remember - he killed Hao many times (will be important later) Then I did a few checks, if he has maybe an WH, nothing. My next step was, to go on spectator again, luckily I was able to see some of his kills. where he nearly did pixelperfect-headshots, aiming on somepeople and correcting his aim by nearly a pixel in a millisecond. I thought like, "hm, maybe he is just lucky" and decided to ask Dakte for help. Well, the following happened: A VIP joined, 2fort, spectator. And suddenly, he's missing many shots, like, playing bad. So dakte left the server and I was joining a team. Then after a while Hao messaged me again about that and I went in spectator mode really fast, seeing him aiming /correcting his aim perfectly. At that point, I decided to do that ban. Well, then Maxel added me on steam, asking why he got banned, he stated that he is only possible to kill standing snipers very fast. While Hao stated, that he killed all the running/jumping scouts. Plus, I know that Hao and Ham are having a lot of movement, so I believe that the statemant "I can simply kill the standing players" is a lie. So I am asking, why would you lie?
