Declined Jailbreak - 1hour

Well had an idea that would properly lower the ammounts of freekillers in jailbreak server to about half, so there should be ~1 hour playtime before having acces to play as a Blue this should be easy to code and easy to understand, personally I don't think this is rule idea so i made seperate Thread.

 

Thats why we have the F2P plugin. So im neutral on this one.

 

so, uuh.. If a player who just started playing guard on our Jailbreak and already
had experience with Jailbreak would get banned if She/he did their job like; Killing prisoners who's entering the armory on a normal day get banned?

I strongly disagree with this.

 

I'm going to +1 because even though player that join may be experienced at jailbreak, some of the rules on our server are different to other servers. This would give them time to familiarise themselves with the rules of guards and maybe prevent some baiting/freekilling etc.

 

Seems like a decent idea, that way they learn the rules a bit before being able to go warden.

 

The poll say's: 'If you think this idea is crap, then go to another thread' please tell me why you'd even make a poll if you are going to have them go away if they disagree with you? the logic in that is brilliant, anyway I disagree with this idea since we already got the F2P plugin and experienced players can come along as well.

 

Well the free to play thingy is cutting down freekillers a lot but still there's too many of them, most of admins may not see them because they don't have to play with them every day and get yelled at :/ And I don't get why some of you are saying that we don't need this because we have the f2p plugin, there's just too many freekillers currently, just saing.

It is also their fault if they do not read the rules from the start of their session.

 

It's mostry proplem to players that there is freekillers, not for the freekillers themselves if they haven't played in the community for a while they don't have anything to lose and there's other jailbreak servers for them to go, making this seem like special one or getting players to play over here makes them to lose something if they get banned like if player play as a red one hour to get blu rights and if that player would freekill he/she just wasted one hour and they properly don't want that their time just got wasted so, they properly wouldn't freekill and after one hour they properly get known with the rules anyways, and if people just keep geting banned they don't want to play over here and will leave and that causes less players to play the jailbreak and that means leff active players.

And Taco if there's no the second idea that i gave (removed it entierely from the first post) that isn't an issue, but someone experienced coming from another jailbreak properly has played with different rules properly don't know our rules so the 1 hour thing would work there too so they could get known with the rules, like I've seen too many times the "Last guards kills all" excuse and that's rule in some of the other prisions, and over all would cut down on people freekilling a lot.

You make it sound like our rules are bad even though they are not, it's not hard to adapt to slightly new rules if they do come from another server, I still can't see any good reason on why we should have his plugin, like I mentioned before, we have the F2P plugin, we simply don't need this plugin, and if we did enforce this plugin chances are they won't stay long enough to go guard, they'll go to a server where you can be a guard without having to go through any tutorial.

 

Asides from the idiotic poll text, adding this is sort of a minor change. It wouldn't change much.

Though it would treat players like they were idiots for not letting them play whatever they want without a forced 1 hour "tutorial" which used very vaguely here because it is not a tutorial at all.

It's like a deathcam of 20 seconds that's like "Hey, you know how you just died? Think about it".

Again; I just need to stress out the fact that if you're gonna name your poll the way you did; you obviously only tell us you don't like other people disagreeing with you.
