Implemented Trade/Idle Killstreakers

    Ahoy there.

    I've been roaming around some other tradeservers lately and I noticed that some of them give you a full killstreak permanently.
    Doesn't only come in handy to show off, but to actually show around your killstreakers in case you wanna sell them without having to build a streak against 400 snipers on the deck with a heavy. So i thought it might me nice to implement that on our trade-server.

    might as well. i just noticed that i had a 10 killstreak on a couple servers without moving an inch after joining. are those commands already implemented on our trade?

    They are not implemented, he asked if you were referring to them.

    But indeed, it's a good suggestion.
    Although some have been suggesting the same thing to be a donor feature.

    oh, i didn't get that :3 anyway...donor-exclusive is a bad idea. i don't wanna suggest another donator-drop-down-menu-thingamajigga. just so people who actually have those weapons can show them around in case they wanna sell them, without actually having to build up a 10 streak in battle on the server.

    I will start working on such a plugin later today.
    By default, you will have a 100 killstreak upon joining, which you can edit through a menu (10/50/250/1000 ks).

    The command will be available for everyone.

    I have now installed the plugin on Trade, Unusual Trade and Achievement.

    The plugin automatically gives you a 100 killstreak upon spawning.

    Available commands
    !ksoff / /ksoff - disable the automated killstreak
    !kson / /kson - enable the automated killstreak (sets to 100 again)
    !ks / /ks - set the amount of kills: you can choose killstreaks up until 250 in 10 number steps.

    Please post any bugs/problems you can find here!
