Alright before you get your panties in a twist because I'm reporting a "veteran" admin, it's not such a big deal but something I wanted to get across anyway.

Said admin entered the server and blocked the entrance door to the so-called library by getting stuck in it while being god/buddhamoded,
It's not like that never happened before but that was quite a while ago when the "library-rule" was still there and those lock-downs probably had quite and impact on the Sourcebans list at that time (100000x reason: library....some of you might remember)

I complained about it and asked him politely if he could leave that door because it cut off a part of the map regular playing people like to use frequently.
His answer was that he does it to force players to run around that little shack and that this measure apparently prevents spawncamping. Which is quite a stupid statement. When I further complained to him about it he apparently chose to ignore me completely.

Like I said. It's not such a big deal and it's only a trade-server so who gives a damn. But I'm annoyed that a supposedly Role-Model-Long-Time-Community-Member-Powers-On-All-Servers-Admin does however he damn well pleases and completely ignores the fact that his unnecessary actions (however minor they might be) disrupt the flow of the playing people on the server and just ignores people who feel genuinly disturbed by that and complain. Wouldn't have taken that much to just stand around somewhere else, where nobody would give a flying fuck, but apparently there's no need to act as a grown-up and just let your arrogance roam loose.

Edit: I talked to Dash and apparently the ignoring was due to him being alt-tabbed. Wether that being true or not, the complaint doesn't change and neither does that he did it in the first place and rejected my request to not do it.
Just wanted to add that. And to make it clear, I didn't do this to bash Anthe or get some kind of punishment for him. Just a genuine complaint of a community member who didn't like something.

 

I guess this is what happens when you let people buy their VA spot..

 

Even if the person gets VA fairly, he can still end up corrupted. It happens with admins in general.
