we gathered in the library to do taunts , and some random guy kept killing us , so i used the !voteban command , and an admin considered that i had no reason to do so , and he banned me .... ​

Why do you think you should be unbanned?

Because I didn't do anything wrong , and it has been almost a year since I was banned , and your server is the best , so I want to be able to play on it

I took a look into your ban history.
The first two were due to spawncamping which suggests that you're a troublesome fellow to deal with.

The third is the permanent one with the details you provided...except that the ban says you were asking other players to join in on the voteban.
Even if you never vocally said it, voting for a ban in itself is asking for a ban and the assistance of fellow players to make it go through.

You are a player that has not made an appeal for a ban that has lasted for at least a year as well. I can't believe you're being serious saying "your server is the best".
If I was banned from my favorite server, I would appeal as soon as I could - not wait over an entire year.

There's not much good that would come if you were unbanned to put it simply.

Don't mean to be rude, but what is with all the one year late ban appeals lately? It just makes it seem like you don't care. Anyway, killing friendlies isn't a bannable offence. It's rude, but it's not in the rules. Well, at least not currently. I've heard about this "no killing in the library" rule or something, but, eh.

 

One year since the ban, well sir. The only thing i can really say is, you really dont seem to care about it then.

 

Isn't appealing after a year kind of the opposite of not caring, showing that they still care about our servers after a year?

It's not very convincing for me to the very least, but it's all just my opinion on the matter.
Not to mention other people who have attempted to appeal for a year+ ban have mostly been rejected with some special circumstances.

Now I do understand that there is some hint of him caring, or he'd probably just not make an appeal at all.
Regardless, wasn't it so that when someone achieves 3 bans, they are permabanned without a chance of appeal?
He does fill the quota with two previous bans.

 

I didn't really thought that the ban will really be permanent , because all I did was voteban the random guy who killed us while we were in the library , and some admins said that the library was a no kill zone. and about the spawncamping . I mean , why can't you kill a sniper who just sits there in his base killing you ? Also , I tried once to report the ban , but it was quite hard to find directions here on how to do that , so I gave up. I recently came across your server ( trade_rawr_v2_2) in my favorites list ( because I haven't played tf2 in a while , last time was 10 months ago.) . And can you really spawncamp on that map ? I mean , isn't it a thing to do that on that map ? All I want is to play on that map again , because I had a great time on that server , lots of great people there , and it was a lot of fun. All I do is ask for the removal of my ban. It's been quite some time since I have been banned , so I think I've learned my lesson. The decision is up to you.
