    So i got banned.

I was playing on the dustbowl 24/7 server and was dueling my friend SHIG Adam. I won and he reported me as a joke.
So an admin joined and spectated me (Jozzeh), and apparently my aim was twitchy (which it is) and my rocket aim was to perfect. One of my friends who was on the server tried to argue the ban, since, well it was stupid.

How do you even use an aimbot as soldier? I don't get it.

    Anyway thank you in advance.

Please review this admins judgement as well.

We can clearly see what kind of a friendship the defendant and SHIG adam are driving at. I reckon you would jump off a waterfall if your buddy did it as well?
    Onto the actual report.

When I recieved the report, I joined the server in an instant and looked up to spectate you. Watching you in first person, I caught several factors that suggested this:
During normal movement and rocketjumping, your aim zoomed, or twitched in an instant around yourself and you fired rockets towards the enemy several times they were in your crosshairs.
Being that I do not have a demo file of the event, I am not against an argument of this case.

    But please, tell me...

Am I to blame when your own friend sends a report which shows to be really accurate?
The report system is a tool for catching cheaters and annoying people all over, not a toy.

From closer inspection, I've learned of you having 2k+ hours. It is not impossible or that unusual for people to still cheat, regardless of playtime. Just mentioning.
I believe you have some discussions to make with your friend.

I will believe you to be innocent, since I don't favour banning people out of the blue.
I deal with cheaters fast because the faster we get'em off from our servers, the faster fair and fun gameplay returns.

I will lift the ban, but if I am ever catching a report of you again, I will be ready to record evidence should it be true.
I would like to ask of you and your friend to not engage and use the report system for jokeful matters anymore.

Thank you for your quick answer and i'm sorry for questioning your judgement.
Thank you for lifting the ban, i understand your reasoning now that you explained it.

It was incredibly stupid of him to pull of that joke, since it wastes your time and mine. I'm sorry in his place.

    Have a nice day!

    Who knows, DarkRegen.

    But that doesn't matter.
What does matter is that this case has been solved and we can move on.
