Implemented Baiting rules on JailBreak

On JailBreak, there's something called "baiting". This is the act of guards trying to provoke the reds. This includes, but isn't limited to:

• Revving minigun at people
• Throwing Jarate/Mad Milk
• Coming deliberately in melee range
• Disguising or cloaking as spy
• Forcing people to laugh using holiday punch
• Zoomed aiming with sniper rifle
• Aiming sentry with wrangler

Sentence on baiting is death to the guard,

You forgot aiming in with sniper rifles and using the wrangler to aim at people with sentry guns.

I didn't know the one to do with Snipers. Nice to know that one.
I've also got to ask because it's always confused me as to if it counts, is the Dead Ringer classed as baiting seeing as it is activated when a prisoner hits you?

 

Well, yea. Because you're invisible, people can accidentally hit you and "rebel", which would cause a guard to kill you. All cloaks are baiting.

 

How about then just disabling the whole Dead Ringer?

 

While you're at it, also do the Eureka effect, Holiday Punch, Jarate and Mad-Milk.

 

Eureka Effect, I'd say keep it on. That way the warden have to keep attention. Holiday Punch, Yea, Could be rather annoying. Piss and milk, Also annoying
