Accepted Unban appeal

What was your name when you got banned? [♫] Dobby [♫] ™
When did it happen? 2013-10-29
What's the specified reason? Because I used mic when im not 15+
Why do you think you should be unbanned? Because i didnt do anything wrong, I was being warden on jailbreak and suddenly i got banned it said 'This game is rated M+ 15+'. I didn't act immiture and i didnt freekill anyone, it was being my first time as warden, and tried my best.

 

I think he should be unbanned, he always acted maturely in game, never fought with players and always was fun to play with. I also don't think a perma ban due to age is a good enough reason...

 

A mute would be more than enough but a perma ban is kinda ridiculous.

 

Lets just wait and see what party has to say.

Nowhere in the rules it is stated that any of our players must be 15/16+ and even so, it is not our job to prevent people who're not old enough from playing this game. That should be the parents/Valve. It'd be the same as, for example, CoD banning every player that doesn't provide a lawful ID of them, showing they're 18 and older. It shouldn't be the players proving their innocence, it should be the admins proving that the players are guilty.

 

This guy should be unbanned, because Party think's she can get up on her high horse and ban who ever she likes she's wrong, +1 for unbanning.

 

Obvious +1. It's like banning someone for it's accent. Just no.

 

Unban him, and partyneer, STOP ACTING LIKE YOU OWN THE PLACE. THIS NOT ONLY EFFECTS JAILBREAK BUT ALL THE OTHER SERVERS ASWELL

 

Should be unbanned. He didn´t knew anything about it. The admin could just mute him instead or give him a warning. No big deal..

 

This is sure one of the most ridiculous bans I've ever seen, way to make admins look bad

 

I sincerly see a lot of... uh.. let's say "bad bans" from Partyneer. Being older than how old you should be doesn't means you can do whatever you feel like doing.

 

He got rebanned again.....

 

This is a silly ban, in my opinion. Unless he were continously spamming the mic with rubbish, I can't see the reason he got banned...
Not that I play much at that server, nor know the admin that did this, but.
