Regarding the Circlejerking & other stuff

Hello,

due to Mahoney leaving (and the fact that it's getting really annoying), I have decided to no longer tolerate any circlejerking, neither on the forums nor in-game on any our Servers.
What does Circlejerking mean? Talking like a complete retard, e.g. "nogger", "fag", "ma niggr" and similar. This is just not the appropiate language for a Community.

If you still want to do it, go to 4chan, or to the several subreddits on reddit - but not here.
Therefore, I would ask all of you, to completly stop or drastically reduce (by about 98%) such kind of speech, as it just gives our Community a bad light.

In case any of you don't stop it, there are going to be consequences, to be more exact:
- If you are a Admin, entire removal of your Permissions.
- Second step (if you were an Admin before): Timed ban, mostly 1-3 Weeks.
- Last, if you still don't stop it: Permanent Ban, may be appealed after 9 months.

Another thing which annoys me is how certain people act against new members, there be in-game or people who just joined our Forums.
Best example are Admin Applications: If one doesn't fulfil the Requirements completly, there is a lot of disrespect going on, like posting mindless memes or just being unpolite against the Applicant.
In such cases, simply say, as polite as possible, that they don't meet the Requirements and just don't post unnecessary memes or similar, as I will decline the Application anyways.

Once again, if you feel it necessary to post memes, go to 4chan/reddit.

Please note that this Rule also applies on the Shoutbox, so keep it at a minimum or just avoid it completly.

You should try making people stop that in general too

 

I will have to bump this topic again I guess..
Lately, the shitposting has increased a lot (aka. posting unnecessary posts/memes/whatever).

So I would ask everyone affected to stop that ASAP or will be warned/banned.
