The !keydonate or !donate commands don't work for me...

    I type !keydonate and it just says "Welcome to Team Fortress 2" and shows me the map rotation.

    Do I need to wait for something to show, or am I doing something wrong?

    You have to wait 5 or so seconds, but note: if you join via the matchmaking command or trough quickplay, those commands won't work (silly valve)

    If he did, I'm assuming he'd have sold them for more keys and bought donors.

    I assume if it's worth a shitload of keys, you're looking for some time for a buyer.
