My Old Account was VIP and got hacked, used for cheating and VAC banned

Hey as you can see in the title my old account (same display name as my new account) was permanent VIP ond the F-o-G servers and got hacked. There are two sad things now: my backpack worth 400$ is gone and my account i not VIP on the servers.

So n0:name if you're reading this please answer meand i'd really love to be VIP on my new account because it was not my fault.

Yeah they dIdn't answer yet but first i want to clear this VIP thingy up

 

I'm fairly sure you have to donate again for donator rank, it won't be returned to you.

 

I don't think n0:name can just give you VIP rank, first try to wait if it's sorted out. Valve doesn't respond immediately.

 

Valve has never ever removed a vac ban, even for reasons like this.
I'm sure nernaem will be kind enough to upgrade your account to vip though.

maybe valve's kind enough to transfer my items over to my account

 

They get deleted the moment you receive a ban on either tf2, cs:s or HL2M.

WTF why?

 

Not deleted, removed from the account because the chance that someone got hijacked is pretty high if he hasn't ever cheated before.

 

You know, a hacker can come up with this story too. Don't you dare to think Valve trusts everybody. Or even anybody.

 

They actually get deleted. You're not ever going to get them back.

 

They have a item history. A friend of mine got his back too. Its just that i can proof that these are my accounts because i have acces to the email adress wich was the same since the account was made.
