I agree wholeheartedly, anyone who would call them self downy is like ian huntly to me. I'd rather play with dennis nilsen than someone with such a shocking name. I will riot in the streets at the injustice if the perpetrator is not banned.

Reporting still needs to be done manjally, this thing just writes the report.

 

Oh, this is so getting abused.

 

Even though I can understand it could be offensive for people with Down's syndrome, I doubt people that with Down's would actually play TF2.
If you don't suffer from Down's syndrome there's no reason for feeling offended. This new report system is not going to work out.
