Appeal to remove caution from my account

I'm sorry if this isn't a perfect or even correct way of doing this but I would like to see if I could get the caution tag removed from me.
The tag was added over 5 years ago now: https://forums.f-o-g.eu/threads/76561198084708697-field-marshal-fillet.5222/ and I believe. that there should be no more caution, I have not traded with that person since at all, I have never scammed anyone or steal anything from another trader, and I was wondering if I could get that tag removed. If I can't, well I guess it can't be helped, but it has been over 5 years now, I still trade every now and then and thats that.
