    I can act as an eyewitness to this. We warned him multiple times using text and voice chat but he continued to spam. I also have video files if extra evidence is needed let me know and I can post the files here. This guy is also known for speaking a forbidden language (not English or German).

    Decided to permanently mute him for repeated offenses. He can appeal the mute if he wants to.
