Resolved Arena 1v1 problems loading data

    So we have a couple of problems right now and I dont know how or why they occured but for 1-2 days:

    1. admin permissions are not loading -> telling me I dont have acces (since today)
    2. most data wont load for a huge amount of players:
    - !credits wont show up
    - !store wont show up
    Notification: [Store] Please wait. Your inventory hasn't been fetched yet.
    3. Settings made in /donator are set to default after every mapchange again
    4. Choosed skins are not loading properly. Getting other skins.

    I have done a server restart, which should fix all of those issues.

    However, Store hats have been disabled, as it has a strong requirement on the thirdperson plugin.
    Imo, not a big loss, as hats on a 1v1 server are misplaced anyways.

    Everything works perfectly fine now.
    Referring to the hats poeple still liked using them cause enemies were able to see them. But anyway it's not that important.

    Ty for fixing the other stuff.

    Quite glad the hats are gone actually, the watermelon especially decreased visibility and was frustrating to play against.
