Implemented Fix the server advertisment

    Just a very small thing this time that came across me:

    KZ isnt 100 tick anymore its 128 Tick:

    Surf Donator shouldnt even be advertised since people cant really connect on it therefor remove it same with the Expert if it is advertised aswell:

    Also Bhop donator should be renamed to Bhop expert. Probably the tickrate is also still wrong on them since it has been changed to 128 only a short time ago.
    I dont know how the other ones look like but they could need a little rework aswell. This seems kinda outdated.

    All fixed, also changed the ad for bhop beginner, tickrate was wrong there as well.
