The only micspamming part i see is Captain Pussy Fucker playing music.
I don't really see how me and Starfish are micspamming, unless you count us singing merrily as micspam?

 

I know these guys, and im a small 90% sure (i wasnt there so i cant be 100% sure) that these guys were joking and trying to get the old, good JailBreak days back. With minor admin abuse with slapping, playing music all round etc.

JB is slowly dying and it sucks to see it. When i joined, this was normal, but since new players joined and most regulars left, it became one big shithole.

They were just trolling. No need for all of this.

Ah yes this makes sense.. they were just trolling. Thats like if someone made a racist comment and said it was a joke. Bad excuse tbh. They werent sorry for micspamming and broke some smaller rules like the friendly fire one which I thought wasnt important enough so I didnt care, but god damn they were just arrogant af about it.

 

Chill down in this Thread guys. Someone (Probaply me) will look at the demo later this day and make a verdict. There is no need for a Discussion here, if you don't provide any additional Evidence with it. Please just keep it to yourself or Private chats.

Alright. Here is how I see things:
The singing from BALD CUNT and Starfish wasn't that bad that I would mute them for it.
Thats why I hereby give them a verbal warning. I know you didn't meant any harm and where just enjoying your time.
But singing might annoy some people as you see on this Report. Thats why I just ask you to stop doing it in the future.
The current Jailbreak Community changed and so should you.

Captain Pussy Fucker will get banned for 1 Month as a warning for his Racism (since he used the N-word) and Micspam.

I think the rules page needs updating because I don't see the "No fun allowed" anywhere on the list. And here I was years ago thinking it couldn't get any worse.

I don't believe this was mentioned, but it was the first day on a new map - freeday. There were no orders and REDs were free to do whatever they liked. Also I don't think that singing is against the rules. If it was that annoying, you could've votemuted them.

Secoundoff: After a short talk with n0:name about this I'm taking back that "verbal Warning" and apologize for it.
The Micspamming rule "only considers music played thru HLDJ/SLAM (or simply via phone/other devices) and high pitched/highly annoying voices"
Which wasn't really the case in the first demo.

However I still haven't find the time to watch the 2. Demo. Thats why the Punishments/Warnings can still change depending on what the 2. Demo shows.
Please show patience.

 

It wasn't micspamming, there was definitely enough room to breath for everyone over vc.
To make it even more valid, it was freeday and no one was complaining.

This is just a lie, Wolfeye (bald cunt) did not break any rules at all.
I admit to activating !wff without the 3 second warning and publicly apologized for it too. That being said, no Reds died from me activating friendly fire. Funny how you are leaving that out. I explained to the server that a Blue Scout by the name of "afghan boy" tried to run into Nine Square and attempt to freekill. That's why I did what I did.

Lastly, it's hard not to be arrogant when some annoying person keeps targeting you for no reason. We literally don't know you, yet you insisted on badmouthing us for a good portion of the rounds. From the moment you saw us, you decided you would report us, even noting how you don't like Wolfeye already. Only further proving your childish bias.

 

Went over the dome fairly quickly since it's a really long one.
Didn't see anything that would put pressure on either Starfish or BALD CUNT.
So they won't be punished in any way.
I saw at the end of the the demo a Mass Freekiller named Afghan boy.
That guy is going to get banned for one week.
