Long story short: A guy told in German in the mic that he's leaving to pleasure himself and I suggested him a porn site in the chat. I politely asked the Admin who banned me for a chatlog and I got very shocked to see how fast I overexagerated. In that moment, I kind of took it too easy with the rules and thought to myself that the admins won't take my sarcasm as a serious gesture. I'm very glad that the admin who muted me took action, because rules are rules and aren't meant to be broken even if it's in a sarcastic way. Though I'm very active on this server ([Experienced]) and have a good connection with most of the players, I'd be honored to play on it again and am watching myself to right my wrongs in the future.
As said in your appeal, you're "Experienced". You should be aware of the rules, first of all. Second of all, not only have you promoted pornographical content. You have also personally insulted me using the name of a real life person in my association, which was also sexually related. I'm sorry to hear that. But the reason clearly just expresses "Pornographical Advertisement". Also what you call the "sexual remark about my real life contact" -> "what's cecilia's hair colour down there" isn't really being specific, speaking: it can be understood in many ways (usually depending on how "dirty" the individual thinks). Theoretically could it be anything named "cecilia". I accept your behaviour and also I am sorry for disrespecting your personal life (I am convinced that this won't happen again), but expressing just one reason and coming up with other reasons afterwards makes me question your seriousness. I never said that it was the reason for your ban. The reason for your ban was you advertising pornographical content, whilst already knowing the rules. Meaning you actively did it to break them. I was just adding another factor to the entire picture, obviously displaying you have no respect for people nor rules whilst playing on FoG servers.

Tip habibi: don't get your friends to try and back you up on your appeal when it is handled by admins. In my view, SpaveN's ban is completely justified and has provided proof of his statements, especially since now you've asked a friend to try and disagree with SpaveN in order to be unbanned. More of a reason to keep the ban in place. Note to fetisHPlayer: we can see you only joined today and have only posted here, and for that I thank you for your statement, joining the forums for your only purpose to try and get your friend unbanned from a clearly justified ban may have helped his ban to remain ^^

Everybody sees respect differently due to how sensitive they are. Although you're bringing up something interesting that I'd like to debate. You wrote "you have no respect for people". What is really breaking my heart right here is that you're able to show no respect whatsoever to me and I'm forced to take it all without payback. You've been disrespecting me almost every single day I went on the server. It wasn't really obvious to you and it's something very little, but you can think by yourself what you said to me every single day, embarassing me in front of other players. Not to mention that you didn't ban someone on purpose for being racist and you were protecting him, seems a little biased, isn't it? (but that's a whole other story). It all just add up for me at this point and I started to overexagerate. I'm sorry, but this can just happen to an underage in the middle of puberty. I'm really sorry for my disrespect against you.. First of all to counter each screenshot: Lelesnke - this supports you being friendly on the server but your chatlog shows otherwise and is irrelevant to removing your ban for what we can see as 3 offenses irrelevant of how "friendly" you are SPartan - your chatlog shows nothing but insults, he just said that you never directed them towards him, but, you have been directing towards other people fetisHPlayer - he's your friend who you asked to lie and support your appeal, invalid Just don't bother anymore, these chats you are throwing here is invalid and as I said, 3 offenses, 1 you're appealing for, the next you personally attacking an admin, the being a paedophilia based joke. I haven't seen this nor is it my duty to ban for seeing this on a game I don't own. And the bad part is not talking about a cock, its about making a positive joke about having sex with a child. There is nothing about how dirty you think to alter this, you intended for the joke to be made that way, you can't use technicalities to avoid what you clearly meant.
I dont know you as you seem to play only on the 1-2 and Im almost only playing on the 1-3. From a compleatly neutral point here, having read all messages on both Discord and here, I will consider both endings for you. Them being "Leaving the ban" and "Reducing it" The offence for which you were banned was "Advertising a pornographic site". Which is, yes, against the rules. Though I dont wanna come off as favourising I still think that you acted very considerate on your appeal. I am leaning towards lowering the banlength to a week or so. Not only because you are a regular and will most definitely take some people with you off of the server (You regulars tend to tell your friends "yo come online on this server") but also because the other reasons, stated as pedophilia and personal offense, aren't in my eyes something severe. Not saying that pedophilia is ok! Definitely not, but the thing you said "If her age is on the clock shes ready for the cock" is so terribly overused and probably said by so many people that, if we banned everyone for it, the server would be empty. The other thing, the personal attack on SpaveN, is for me understandable that he felt very offended. And I understand his anger. It is uncalled for and very personal. Yet it still isn't really bannable. It is something he himself should work out with you. For example I dislike people calling me with my full first name and in case that happens I tell people. Yet i dont ban people for it. I will talk to my colleague @Venom about this and make a decision after that. Up until that you will have to wait. PS: Do NOT pretend you meant it like that.
