So i traded with this guy ( Virsta), i did traded with him before about 15 keys for 1.8 euros in paypal, all went well we were both happy.

At 6 jun i had about 29 keys to sell, so i sold to him, and in 11 jun i got chargebacked.I had sold 29 keys for 1.8 euros (total=52.20) You can find the chat and proofs in above links.

Also i did tried to talk with him, but he won't answer any of my messages in steam. He did not remove me nor block me.

-screenshot(s) of your inventory history showing all trades from the day before the scam up until 7 days later.
-screenshot(s) of your PayPal activity showing all transactions from 30 days before the scam up until now, with the URL bar visible.
-screenshot(s) of the filed charge-back taken from the resolution center, with the URL bar visible.

Remember the following, I have underlined the ones especially relevant to you:
-all screenshots should be taken from the Steam client where possible.
-when taking screenshots from the Client, the URL bar should be enabled.
-all screenshots should not be edited in any way (blanking out of your account name is OK).
-all screenshots should not be cropped in any way.
-all screenshots should be uploaded to the file hosting: Fortress of Gamers - File Hosting

Could you please go back to your PayPal activity, and click "Detailed", then click on the held payment and take a screenshot of the full window including the dropdown that appears from clicking on the payment.
